Their first Sustainable Living course starts Thurs 11 Feb 7.30 to 9.30pm at Weltec, Britannia Street, Petone. Fee $40. WAIRARAPA - The three Districts of the Wairarapa work together as members (Carterton, Masterton and South Wairarapa) arranged through Masterton District Council (Cr.
